Why is Amare Stoudamire so underrated?

I think the surgery in 05 really set him back. He's only 25 and he's got a lot of more years to go. And I think this year, he will be entering his prime. He will be 26 in November. It's a shame, though, that he is on the Suns. They aren't going to make a push in the playoffs. Shaq is dead. Nash is getting old. They lost Marion. He will have to carry the team. But I like Amare. Yes, Im a Lakers fan and he's a Sun but still.
