Anyone know where to find the Decree shoes from a magazine ad?

Alright, I'm not so much into girly stuff, I've a very earthy style. However, last week I was in a study hall and a friend had Seventeen (I may be wrong) magazine. I was going through it and noticed a pair of shoes that have been on my mind since then. For all intents and purposes, I am vegan (meaning I won't wear leather) so it's NEAR IMPOSSIBLE for me to find shoes like these. But they're from the Decree brand sold at J.C Penney and most of their advertised 'suedes' are actually synthetics. They are ankle height sandy/beige coloured boots, with fringe around the top, and are thus far, nowhere to be found. If anyone knows where they might be, please e-mail me ASAP. Thanks, peace.
