How do I print background on Word?

I am making a brochure. I am using a photograph I took as the background. I would like it to fill the entire space. The problem is, it doesn't print how it looks on Word. On word it fills the whole background (I set the picture format to sit behind font), but when I print it out, it has margins around it. What am I doing wrong? Your help would be appreciated!
