Look over Helen's posts - one day she is a homeowner that hasn't made a pymt in 3 years, then she claims to be a renter in a foreclosed home and refuses to pay rent, then she claims to know how to avoid foreclosure by declaring bankruptcy, and encourages others to do the same.
