Where should a young professional live in Indianapolis?

I'm 23 year old young professional likely moving to Indy for a promotion soon and checking out the city in a week to decide if I'd like the job. I'll be moving from San Diego...What are some good neighborhoods and corresponding condo buildings you'd recommend in Indy? Right now I'm thinking downtown (Riley towers??), Castleton (condo building recommendations?) or Broad Ripple (I'm worried it might be to college-life for me though). Rent prices isn't too big of a concern given that I'm used to paying a premium where I currently live! I'm also concerned with having a social living situation where I can meet new people since I'll know no one! :)
