How does Queeen Elizabeth relate to the play Macbeth?

Stupid question I know, but I just can't figure it out. We had to do a powerpoint over a Renaissance topic and now we have to write a one page ysis over how our project relates to Macbeth. I can see how other groups' projects relate (ie. public execution, actors) but for some reason I can't figure out ours. Please help. 5 stars for best answer :]
