Revenue Recognition Problem?

Revenue is recognized when it is earned not when payment is received so I think you are right on with your 759k number there. For the COGS I would include the 198k to the 423 k to get your cost of goods sold. The warranty expense should not factor in to the COGS or the sales figures.
