How can I get people to stop making fun of me/undermining me so much without being mean?

It's not that I can't take a joke.. I love jokes. But the jokes just aren't even funny. I also know WHY they undermine me and make fun of me- My personality is I'm a goofy klutz. I'm playful but I'm clumsy. I like laughing and having fun.But I'm also smart..But what gets me is when people think that I'm dumb because of my personality, They make fun of me in such a way like "aw, you're so cute hahaha, you think you could actually do that" or "why are we asking her, she doesnt know, awww, hahahahahaa!!" and pat me on the head and it seems like they always come after me to poke fun at (even my family) It's rather annoying at times.I feel like they underestimate me! What should I do?
