Why does society make it ok for men to look at ?

Because we satisfy our desires all the time - desires for nice food, entertaining fiction, TV, movies, sports and games, you name it... why not satisfy the desire for ual stimulation too? As long as no-one is being abused then it's fine, same as any other kind of business.
