Why am I unable to access a group although I am listed as a group member?

when you joined via the invite, did you send the subscribe through e-mail, or go to the group and fill out the join form? why are you unable to create a ID? do you already have one? there is a glitch right now that prompts to create ID when one already is logged onto theirs. you need to be logged onto an account in order to view the groups features.
