Put yourself in IRANS shoes, would u make WMD?

No country has there sites on blowing Iran off the map like Iran is Israel. Short answer, they don't need them and don't deserve them. You cannot justify allowing a country the ways and means of wiping another country off the face of the earth when that country has done nothing to provoke it. The only reason for Iran's acting like a bully towards Israel is the religion of it's people.
