My radeon vga 9600 is installed and its showing 128 mb graphic adapter and than its like 32 display memory?

my redon vga is installed but the problem is that in display its showing only 32mb highest memory and like i cannot play any game bec its showing some like some problem like unablem to detucute vga internal error and i installed the driver and i frometed the com to check again but still its showing same thing only do i have to update the driver bec its written that its not windows certified so do i have to do an update if yes than should i get some more diriver also
