Is it unfair that Harvard is trying to cap blacks to 200 per year when the figure should be at least 2,700?

The plain truth is the power for self improvement and self reliance can never be given. The powerful never give away power. Knowledge is power. Therefore empowerment must be sought by those who wish to prosper and forge their own destiny. So the answer is not for more Blacks to have higher access to the Harvard's of the a the world. If you notice typically the Blacks that earn degrees and advanced degrees from the Harvard's of the world do not return to Black community to share their acquired knowledge to empower the community. The answer is for Blacks to create their own Harvard's of the world. As long as Blacks are dependent on the institutions of their one time oppressors to empower them they will remain dependent on their one time oppressors.
