IPod question. Why won't my podcasts show up on my iTouch?

I've chosen three podcasts. Downloaded them. I click on podcasts in the iTunes Library and they are there. I've synced my iTouch. I choose Music, then More, then Podcasts and it says No Podcasts. But then I go to Recently Added on the Playlist screen and two of the three podcasts are there. Where are my Podcasts?! Help! I am extremely illiterate on this whole iPod/iTouch thing. What am I doing wrong?
