Fellow Christians, do you think witnessing is easier or harder nowadays than it was in the past?

I find the thought of witnessing extremely hard and a little scary, but I never really know when it is going to happen and when it does, I seem to have the words to say. This is God working through us. I don't really think about it at the time, but it is pretty amazing when you think about it.
