Do I possibly have HIV?

Ok so 6+ months ago I made a huge mistake and had a one night stand. No protection. Yes I know I'm dirty and all of the above, so I deserve the criticism...but it seems now I'm noticing the symptoms of HIV. After I had I got sick maybe a month or month and a half later. Up until now I have had numerous symptoms...I've had headaches here and there, muscle aches, I'm very forgetful now and just confused sometimes(that is one of the symptoms)... My lymph nodes were randomly swollen a few months ago out of nowhere, My tongue always has this white coating on it, it's hard to brush off and it always reappears, but then again my teeth aren't so healthy...I have had recurring rashes, I had a rash on the sides of my stomach, which has gone away but I had it for about 2-3 months. I've heard someone say it was ringworm but I'm not sure. I've had diarrhea every so often but not more than 3 days. I've gotten random bumps on my body that come out of nowhere, but just one at a time, very very tired and sleepy lately, I'm out of energy most times of the day, I also had this weird mysterious red line across my back, I don't know if it's from me sleeping or what cuz it's been there for 3 days now, also have been nauseated alot lately and very bad heartburn. I don't know if those are even remotely close to any of the symptoms. I have a doctors appt tomorrow but I wanted to see if anyone here knows what it might be...or if I should prepare for the shock of possibly having HIV. I have refrained from altogether since the one night stand. Any help please? Thanks.
