Because my Civic has such low mileage, it has a blue book value of 6,200. Can I actually get that much for it?

99 Civic EX automatic coupe with 98,000 miles. I checked the book value and it is a little over $6,100. What are the chances that I could actually sell it for that or CLOSE to that amount in a private sale and buy a Prelude? Im looking to buy the fast model prelude.
