Athlon 64 7550 kuma overclocking?

I was wondering if anyone knew how far you could push the kuma? Also, In my bios i can only find the multiplier and i am new to overclocking, this is why i bought this processor so i could play around with it. I'm not sure what fsb is, and how to change the voltage... but wouldn't the multiplier take care of all that, if you got any suggestions or can lead me to a forum, i would greatly appreciate it, thanks.
